Nativity…

Today, was our beautiful Christingle service at St Paul’s church.
The service was wonderful and the pupils' singing was breathtaking. We love being part of our community and having the opportunity to visit our local churches on a regular basis.

This weeks Gold Award winners were recognised for many reasons: some reasons included being a good friend, always showing the school values and showing great determination to succeed. Well done to everyone.

Today, was a day when we just had to take some time to appreciate the natural world around us and appreciate the beautiful world we live in.

We always adapt our outdoor learning to the world around us and use those natural ‘wow’ moments to enhance play and learn new vocabulary.

We were so brave today having our flu vaccines…
We talked this morning about how it might tickle our noses and tested it with our own feathers, we discussed how it gave us the superpowers to fight the germs of flu! We also shared why it is important to wash our hands.

Pupil voice
Pupil voice is so important to us and so is learning through play. Our reception pupils are enjoying exploring all the areas our foundation classroom has to offer and trying new activities for the first time.
