If you are struggling, there are many organisations below that are specially trained to support you and help you.

Childline

A young person friendly website offering support and advice if your child is struggling with their mental health and well-being. There are lots of different activities to access and helpful advice and information.

NSPCC

The NSPCC are offering support and advice if your child is struggling with their mental health and anxiety.

Young Minds

National Mental Health service for Young people/adults. They have a lot of courses and information on the website which you might find helpful to help recognise feelings and to show you are not alone in how they feel.
