We took part in the drama festival. Our performance of Honk was brilliant! The children had a great time performing in a real threater to a packed audience. We are so proud of you all Year Five!

We really got into the sprit of World Book Day today
…as the pupils embraced all things reading. Children dressed up as their favourite characters and shared their favourite books through the day. A day to remember for everyone.
We have just visited Barnsley Libary in Year Five.
We shared lots of books, explored the shelves and even got to see the amazing Makerspace Lab. We hope many and motivated to keep using the library to source new books.
Miss Ryan has enjoyed another great training day as EAL ambassador for St Mary’s.
She will be sharing ways to further support pupils with English as an additional language and implementing further strategies across school.
